About Coastline Home Watch

After a successful 30+ year career in real estate finance, I started “Coastline Home Watch” to help homeowners with the challenges of leaving their valuable homes empty.  I started out helping a few neighbors who had second homes here in Corona Del Mar and realized how much I could help others. Born and raised in southern California and living in Orange County for the past 40 years, I purchased my first home at 19 and have been buying, selling and managing my own properties since.  This has given me a great understanding of what it takes to maintain and manage a home.  Also my mother was a true southern domestic goddess and hostess and my father could fix anything, both taught me well. I am extremely attentive and organized and feel trust, reliability and confidentiality are very important.  I hold several licenses in the state of California and have passed many back ground checks. I will watch your home as if it’s my own.
